Labiaplasty

A labiaplasty is a procedure to reshape and/or reduce the labia; usually the inner labia, known as the labia minora. It is also possible to deal with the outer labia if necessary although this is rare. You may desire this surgery purely for cosmetic reasons, although overly large labia can also cause both irritation and discomfort.

Mr Thornton can perform this procedure either under local or general anaesthetic depending on the wishes of the patient. The excess labial skin/tissue is removed and the new skin edges sutured using absorbable stitches. This surgical procedure is straightforward and usually has high patient satisfaction.
